Agreement
These Terms govern your use of PageIt. By using PageIt, you agree to these Terms. If you use PageIt for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization. You must be at least 18 years old to use PageIt.
The Service
PageIt lets you upload PDFs, create unlisted public PDF links, view your own upload history, and join the PDF-to-webpage waitlist. We may change, pause, or stop parts of the service as the product develops.
Accounts
PageIt uses Google sign-in. You are responsible for access to your Google account and for activity that happens through your PageIt session. Tell us at support@pageit.app if you believe your account access has been compromised.
Your Content
You keep your rights to PDFs and other content you upload. You give PageIt the limited rights needed to store, host, copy, transmit, display, and serve that content so the service can work.
Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, abusive, harmful, malicious, privacy-violating, or otherwise unsafe. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and share each PDF.
PDF Links
PageIt PDF links are unlisted but public. Anyone with a generated link such as {slug}.pageit.app can view the PDF in their browser. Only share links with people who should have access.
Removal and Suspension
We may remove files, disable links, suspend access, or delete content when we believe it is needed for service operation, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or protection of PageIt, users, or others.
Availability and Backups
PageIt is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that links, files, or the service will always be available or error-free. Keep your own backup copies of uploaded PDFs.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PageIt is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, service interruption, or content loss. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid PageIt for the service in the 12 months before the claim. If you have not paid PageIt, our total liability is limited to INR 1,000.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold PageIt harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses that arise from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to give notice. Continued use of PageIt after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
